An important question constantly facing all of us:
Is there an inherent meaning to life and purpose to life and, if so, how might we find it?
Was it assigned to us?… or
Did /do we need to create it for ourselves?
How can we “self-trust” the answers?!
Theology, science, philosophy and some of our more cynical pragmatists have hit upon various possible answers:
1) Tests for worthiness
2) Quantum randomness
3) School for necessary lessons
4) Refugees
5) “Oops! Wrong turn…”
6) Punishment
7) It’s a great experiment
8) Caretakers
This weekend offers a time and safe setting in which to explore each of these uncertainties – a kind of life purpose “review. ” To help answer these questions, we will expand our self-image and self-worth, ease the pressures of overwhelm and need-to-perform and enhance our sense of direction and belonging.
In acknowledgement of the holiday for some beginning at sundown on Sunday, class will run from 11am-6pm on the 12th and from 10am to 3pm on the 13th.
