A session begins with your declaration of a personal desire for change. Your wishes for transformation may address emotional, physical, psychological and/or spiritual issues. Then you will recline fully clothed* on a massage table in a safe and peaceful environment.
*Wearing comfortable clothing that permits full range of movement is highly recommended.
What will an Integrated Awareness Session be like?
An Integrated Awareness Teacher will assess your unique structural arrangement and use touch to feel how you allow energy to flow through your body. Respectful of your requests, they will interweave a unique spectrum of healing touch skills with gently guided movements and offer you their unconditional presence, vulnerability and compassion.
A session may increase your awareness of the connection between the quality of your movements and embodied survival strategies.
Subtle barriers within movement patterns reveal energetic and muscular restrictions that highlight how you have compartmentalized or held back parts of your Self.
We will use these barriers as keys to unlock truths stored in your body. This will allow you direct access to internal rules that have shaped your experience of reality and thus allow you an opportunity to make new choices.
New movements are needed for new behaviors. These new movements facilitate the integration of your desired changes.
Each new discovery increases the permission you feel to move towards an easier life. You can actually rewire your brain, create new movement patterns and fully love and accept who you are in this moment.
